      Great learning experience since they just throw work at you, no teaching to training so you have to learn to swim or you will sink in those shark infested waters

      Tough place to work in Rude inconsiderate management and co workers Over worked, stressed, and no recognition

      The company pays for insurance Used to get three weeks paid vacations, now days have to be earned Has a 401K

      Cons

      Most employees haven’t had raises in over five years Plant manager is a sadistic man he rules with an iron fist, doesn’t care about employees just a dollar Too many family members and they all hate each other Seems to be against women and gay people. There are no black people working there, it’s all about being a white man.
