The Money....higher than average but it comes at a cost

Everything is on fire all the time and its not a job that needs to do that. Poor management will fabricate urgency and pull works leaving jobs under staff and over worked. They give unreasonable time frames and tell you they can do it in that limit. Its micro management to hell with surveillance like GPS and Drive-byes. They let you do it your way and than tell you its wrong. Lack of accountable of management rules this company. They would rather let 10 good employees leave than ever admit that they have one bad manager. Its a good old boys club and you're not in it. They be friends to your face and stab you in the back to keep face with the company
