      If you think that this is the "PSE", run. The bad outweighs the good.

      1. Good exposure to clients and projects 2. Good training -- work style/etiquette gets challenged

      Cons

      Search "how to identify a toxic workplace" and they checked out all those lists of red flags. 1. Management. If you think they care about your concerns, they don't. 2. Promotes open communication, but they'll make you feel bad once you speak up. 3. Very unprofessional manager/authorities. If you ever think of resigning, make sure you get on their good side unless you want to be bad-mouthed. 4. Compensation and benefits. Definitely not worth the stress. 5. High staff turnover. 6. Power tripping is prevalent. Be careful.

      1) You are not jobless, but you will wish.

      Cons

      1) Say goodbye to your work-life balance. 2) High workload, not worth for the low pay. 3) Doesn't care about the welfare/health of their employees. 4) You'll feel/look bad for asking a leave. 5) Understaffed. 6) Lack of experienced employees, they always hire newly graduates. 7) High turnover rate. 8) Disorganized projects
