You will notice the majority of staff are of a certain culture and therefore, if you are not, you do not fit in and none of the staff will give you the time of day. They have their favourites and will throw you under the bus, bully you, threaten you with a disciplinary (without 48 hours notice) and do everything in their power to get you out the door (with lies and excuses) just because the manager is a two faced snake! The pay is low, the expectations unreasonable and god forbid you make human error. Staff are rude, clicky and bullies!
