      Pros

      Flexible schedule. Some buildings are okay. Some nice and supportive coworkers.

      Cons

      Upper management is a joke. Just a bunch of therapists who no longer want to treat. Productivity is 95% expected. Pushing groups and concurrents. Pushing unethical behavior. If you are a good therapist Who wants to treat ethically than you shouldn’t apply. If you’re in this more the money, Then good that’s all this company cares about.

      Pros

      The hours and scheduling are flexible. You are able to fairly freely move from part time, PRN, and full time if you are willing to travel.

      Cons

      The productivity requirements far too high to provide quality therapy. There is too much redundancy in paperwork, which makes the productivity requirements even worse. There is little room to move up in company.

      No raises in years but heres a gift card

      Facility team, Flexibility, Good Facility rehab managers

      Cons

      No raises in 5+ years, no Christmas present (unless you count dried fruit), no incentives- when your building does well they ask you to do more concurrent, lots of overhead with upper management
