New CEO Richard Jackson had no business running a company. Had no clue about people, business development or how the company actually made money. Brought in all his former colleagues with big titles and one can assume big paychecks.
I worked for PremierXD for 1.5 years. During that time senior management has been a revolving door. I have had 5 different supervisors. PremierXD has a very strong male presence. Qualified women are not likely candidates to get promoted.
