Management thinks they are better than others, lack of support, trashy people doing training, awful hours, no option for remote work.

Working from home has been very helpful to raising my daughter.

Cons

No incentives to actually want to stay. They say they promote from within & recognize good work ethic but I can't stick around much longer with no promise of a raise or promotion. Currently looking for employment elsewhere.
