      Senior management was horrible. They were running the company just to inflate numbers and sell the company.

      Pros

      Very interesting industry and solutions. Cool technology. Felt cutting edge at times. Work hours reasonable. If you stayed under the radar and showed up, you tended to outlast people and get promoted.

      Cons

      Upper management was mediocre at best. Lots of turnover. Felt like a lot of people were just there collecting a paycheck.
