Management do not care about you or your mental health. If they like you they're fine but if they have an agenda against you they'll make it known. Turnover is high in the offices. You're either in the group or you're an outsider

Very busy place and a lot of pressure, no back up from management, lies and manipulative culture, constant attacks from production and engineering management, micromanagement is horrendous, being watched on CCTV constantly, very toxic place and no team work, health and safety doesn't exist, you are treated like a rubish amongs lot of foreign work force. 17 engineers in few years left or have been sacked.
