This is what I am gathering is that we are not truly wanted here. I have over 20 years of experience in contact center management an operations both remotely as well as centers with 3 shifts and over 150 reps managing over 70 different products. In all the years I have worked on the phones I have never seen a more unorganized, chaotic, and toxic work environment. One of the number one costs that will cause any call center to fail is attrition. When you lose constantly over 50 percent of your employees in a short time it is an indicator that the company is on the verge of failure. I it aslo an indicator that the owners/managers do not have the best interest of the business or the ones that work for them. As an employer yes your profit is the bottom line however your employees are also part of your product and if you treat your employees poorly and carelessly your business will no doubt be treated the same way. Constant fault finding and criticisms on representatives with over 70 percent on the metrics that matter to their job having their language critiqued and threatened with disciplinary action for the sake of attempting to "look busy" is unprofessional and self destructive. In the time that I have sent here I have heard alot of talking for the sake of talking and nothing of substance. I have been in sales training the majority of my adult life and I know what works and what does not. The flat out refusal to hear any suggestions or to have a blow up in meetings with the entire staff because someone simply asks a question you do not like shows the lack of care and ability to run a business. It is unfortunate because Press Like does have a good service however the constant problem being had with not wanting to spend the money to have a properly and trained customer service staff but would rather spend the money on arbitrary travel and a RV for "business reasons" shows your business is not your priority. I feel sorry for anyone that has attached their future to this company because unless the truly dead weight is removed it will fail as I am sure previous businesses have as well.

Pros

They get you on the phone and to work quickly.

Cons

They are extremely shady. Require your personal information in their company app without placing you on payroll. They will ghost you at a moment's notice inexplicably and laugh and joke about it with other staff/ workers.

Pros

Someone helps you close but they are talking in your ear while you are trying to talk or listen to the customer

Cons

About an 8 page script so you have to talk very fast to get them to listen before they hang up.
