managers were forced to work 60 hours a week and we were paid based off of a 40 hour work week. I was made to sign an ILLEGAL (I didn't know at the time) NDA that said we could not speak to co workers about pay (she probably did this because she was lying about what salary employees were making) drinks had to be out in less than 30 seconds. if you made an iced drink incorrectly, you had to DE-ICE it, and set it aside and hope someone orders what you made, so you can sell then re sell it. Honestly one of the strangest and worst places I've ever worked.

managers are rude half the time, if you mess up once you are most likely to get yelled at, if you aren’t going fast enough you get yelled at, pay isn’t that great for what’s expected of you, one of the current managers holds a grudge and will be nothing but rude to you, owners/managers constantly on phones
