      Pros

      Work environment, fellowship activities are encouraged. Weekend trips, sports and online gaming are common practice. Also working hours are respected.

      Cons

      Internet connection is not the best (not an issue for remote workers, but connection expenses are not covered by the company). Salary is low for local standards. Gender equality is not really the main focus for tech positions.
