Thanks for the response! We have done away with our travel weeks and now have an "at-home" work schedule for the push weeks. Since these push weeks were only once per month, our agents seemed to enjoy them and did really well. Our management team and myself are always open for conversation on how we can help each agent. We take pride in doing what we said we would do and welcome a chance to improve. And since we run this organization based on Christian values, I can assure you we operate with integrity in all areas.
High income, high commissions, Passive income, international travel, Great Leadership, training at all levels, stock, lifetime renewals, supportive culture, family environment, Christian based company. Incentives for those who work hard.
Cons
Non other that this is a performance based compensation (a good thing for the right person). If you're not willing to give 100%, they don't pay your for just sitting around.

Thanks for the response! 1 out of 7 of our agents will earn over $100,000 in their first 12 months. That's cool.
This line of work is not for everyone. However the opportunity can be really great, particularly the intrinsic feeling of helping clients.. I have worked with Prestige for 6+ months and had great success so far. Management tends to lead by example if you show the willingness to put in the time and effort it takes to succeed. If not, you will become another statistic of folks who should probably not work in a self-disciplined environment. Great comp structure, vesting schedule, and products.
Cons
No immediate income because of the licensing process in Texas.
