Pros
It is a really close knit family feel about it place. The office is immaculate. Hard working but good natured fun along the way. Couldn't recommend enough! Organising accommodation free of charge for staff for the first month is a great help.
Cons
No basic salary but it also gives you your own choices in what you earn which is also good. You get out what you put in
