      Pros

      Great onboarding training and regular monthly trading up dates. Lots of overtime. Commissions, incentives, and earned bonus plus benefits. Freedom to take control of route and schedule.

      Cons

      Unpredictable daily work load due to national account priorities and customer call ins. Unrealistic production minimum for bonus conflicts with national account and sales force low ball pricing on time restrictive/time consuming accounts.

      Good people to work with. Good insurance plan. Compensation is decent.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Company has very high standards and expectations for high performers yet no accountability for low performers. Support departments actually make work more difficult.
