- They are a remote first company with no flexibility, they require you work from your house at all times (though, I'm not sure how they can actually track this) -The CEO is stuck on his views and how a company should be run and everyone is a "Yes man" to him, it's an unhealthy dynamic. Have opinions? I wouldn't even bother suggesting anything because they are not likely to take it into consideration - EXTREMELY low pay. They take advantage of their employees in this sense. - Micro-Manage you, they have 3 check-ins every day for no reason. -They're a mental health company but really don't care or advocate for their user base and what they're providing. -They are insanely disorganized. There is no direction and no room for growth.
