Pros

It's a small company with a lot of potential

Cons

- They are a remote first company with no flexibility, they require you work from your house at all times (though, I'm not sure how they can actually track this) -The CEO is stuck on his views and how a company should be run and everyone is a "Yes man" to him, it's an unhealthy dynamic. Have opinions? I wouldn't even bother suggesting anything because they are not likely to take it into consideration - EXTREMELY low pay. They take advantage of their employees in this sense. - Micro-Manage you, they have 3 check-ins every day for no reason. -They're a mental health company but really don't care or advocate for their user base and what they're providing. -They are insanely disorganized. There is no direction and no room for growth.

Prevail Health Response

At Prevail Health we accept feedback and take all reviews seriously, including those that are critical. However, we have noticed that you have posted small variants of the same negative review once per month since mid-2022, all of which are filled with blatant inaccuracies and/or slanderous lies. For instance, you well know that Prevail has been operating fully remotely for approximately three years and have encouraged our employees to share their opinions and ideas openly. Because this review seems to be in outright violation of Glassdoor's review policies, we have decided it does not deserve a specific response. In general, we are committed to continuously improving our organization and we value feedback from all our employees and customers. We encourage all employees to provide specific feedback on areas where we can improve, so that we can address any concerns they may have. If you have any specific concerns, we would be happy to discuss them with you further. Please feel free to contact us directly. *** Prevail Health believes that a former employee who was terminated for good cause has written numerous reviews following their departure, including this one. After receiving roughly two reviews per year, Prevail suddenly began receiving one review per month, each of which make false and grossly inaccurate claims yet follow similar themes. Because anyone with a simple VPN can leave as many reviews on Glassdoor as they desire, we believe this review should be ignored.

Pros

I had a great experience working for Prevail. I was able to gain experience in the mental health field doing what I love: helping others.

Cons

Sometimes the work could be a bit boring when doing basic chats where you were just simply going over lesson material and understanding of it. However, it was simple to do.
