      - A Beer Keg - You will get along with most staff - Employees are great at putting on a good smile (if you want to consider that a "pro")

      Cons

      - Lacks Transparency - Employees don’t know long-term goals - Only five paid holidays - Lots of arbitrary decisions based on personal feelings instead of sound protocol - Lacks firm policies and procedures - Senior leadership fails to adequately communicate - Poor work-life balance: Ten-hour plus work days - High turnover - Upper management has trust issues - Not enough time for adequate training - Likely to burn out

      We believe this review is one of several written by a singular disgruntled former employee who was terminated for harassment. Prevail welcomes all employee feedback - good or bad, and conducts exit interviews to continue to improve our culture and practices.       ambitious smart young people on staff

      Cons

      Total lack of technological understanding, direction and vision from leadership. It quickly becomes clear people are not valued but used and only certain people actually know the state of the company.

      Hard working environment along with co workers.

      Cons

      Missing clear objective. The company is improving, but at a snails pace. 10 years no longer makes you a STARTUP company.
