Pros

Prevail is at a really energizing point right now. It feels like we’ve hit our stride in the market, and the hard work to find product-market fit is paying off. One of the things I value most is the level of trust and empowerment. I feel genuinely supported to make decisions about how to approach my work, without unnecessary layers of approval. There’s also a strong bias toward action. If someone has a good idea, we don’t sit on it — we start building and testing it quickly. Collaboration is the norm here, and most people are true team players who are invested in solving problems together rather than protecting turf.

Cons

The drawbacks are what you’d expect from a startup: things can move quickly, priorities can shift, and there’s always more to do than time allows. But if you’re excited by building, iterating, and having a real impact, it’s a great place to be.

Pros

The company is always devleoping new tech solutions to help organizations in the legal industry improve their workflows and make justice more efficient. Leadership trusts subject matter experts to manage their areas and support the company's goals. Everyone works together for the best possible solutions to customer and user issues, and it shows in the collaboration you see day to day. Even though the company is remote, collaboration across teams and time zones is a constant, and everyone is supportive and willing to share knowledge from their team with others to help achieve the right outcomes. The company moves fast to address industry needs, so there is always an opportunity to be involved in solving those problems and to contribute to the mission. Ideas are welcomed from all areas of the company, and everyone on the team is genuinely engaged in the work.
