You will get a good title as you want but eventually you found out you are just a small potato.
Cons
Bad colleagues - especially senior/general managers, they are used to find you to work at weekend/holiday/sl/al. Always PUA you at office! No Planning/ no sense - top management/ team lead don't have a idea how to do/ what to do, they just pass everything to managers, and then each manager finds a way to pass the tasks to their employee without any direction/suggestions. always ask you to propose ideas and say this is your responsibility! Outdated - ops, IT and business development team have no sense especially the IT and bd lead. Say much but do less. Workplace politics - everyone is playing office game, don't care the output Salary - underpaid, salary review yearly but not increase
