* Good base salary. * Diversity.
Cons
* They change the bonus structure after you accept a position with them, so they end up paying you a lot less than offered initially. * They give a big bonus to GMs for saving money to the hotels in labor, so GMs will make each employee to do 3 to 4 positions for the same salary and they make housekeepers to work 10 to 11 hours when needed. * They pay less per hour than what was agreed and they only change it if you present a formal claim. If you don't complain, they won't fix your checks even when they know that they are paying you less than what they should pay you. * Lack of training. * Lack of incentives. * No flexibility. * They ask yo to work even when you are sick.
