I tried enduring all the stress and frustrations I had with this company because of the salary, but I wasn't enough to justify being miserable here.

Cons

Management constantly gives out unrealistic sales for employees to meet. It doesn't matter whether or not the market is slow, they expect us to make a miracle happen and meet their insane expectations. I couldn't handle how stressful working with them was so I decided to leave, and I advise you to save yourself the headache and avoid Primal Wear.

I can't think of anything positive to say about Primal Wear. I've had too much of a frustrating experience working here.

Cons

Incredibly stressful work, with management aggressively pressuring employees to reach ridiculous sales targets. It's miserable trying to meet their insane demands, so unless you want to constantly feel like you want to pull your hair out by how frustrated you are working here, I suggest you avoid Primal water.

My former team complemented each other's strengths and supported one another's growth, both personally and professionally

Cons

I'm disappointed by the constant churn of predictable, trendy designs. It feels like there's no space for innovation or for the designers to truly express their own artistic vision. Everything just feels the same. I was hoping to see something a little more daring, something that challenged to norm.
