Weird creepy environment that encourages tale-telling. No open honest communication. Some senior management are bullies. If you're not a favourite you won't be listened to

Cons

Didn’t conform, so was not allowed to progress or grow. Not a diverse culture. HR cliquey. C-Suite made fun of employees.
