Upper management will hire a Service Delivery Manager, then micromanage them to every fine detail, won't let them do the job they are hired for. Will not actually support the team at all and expect Heaven and Earth from them. Cannot communicate with each other and will give different information to the Support Team and sometimes the customer. Support team are not paid enough for the amount of roles they do (Service Desk support, Site visits, Device repair, and more) No benefits are next to no additional training. Company cares more about the amount of tickets you close rather than the amount of support you provide (someone will get more recognition for closing tickets for alerts rather than actually fixing site issue) If you are looking for a job, don't bother going here. If you are looking for a company to do your IT Support, maybe look elsewhere
