Pros

Great, nice and helpful colleagues

Cons

The company imposes penalties in every step of work and in whatever way they manage to come out with, for not reading the memo, not arranging job card in certain format, even for not turning on the camera during the bi-weekly meeting. A compulsory 18-month retention bond (with 8% of additional salaries), which I heard it will be extended to 2 years this year onwards for new joiners, plus a laptop bond for 3 years. It was heart broken to see many colleagues rather breaking bond and paying for the laptop + 2 months worth of their salaries than bearing with the company till the bond end. For any foreigner who intends to seek company's help in applying SPR, Prime will only CONSIDER to sign the employment letter upon completion of the bond. Cameras are in every corner of the office, capturing both image and voice of every little move of the staff, the office politics are getting serious nowadays. Bonus and annual incremental amounts are pathetic, no AWS provided.

Pros

1. If you like to OT without any justifiable recognition and rewards, this is the perfect job for you. 2. They all say Singapore is a “fine” country, well this company is a super “fine” company . 3. Get to enjoy free aircon at midnight while OTing in the office. Gentle reminder to switch off the aircon when leave to save $500 penalty. 4. Bonus split into multiple payments so you don’t spend all money at once.

Cons

My colleagues and I are too kind which in turn get taken advantages of by the management.

Pros

Snacks in the pantry the only good thing. Would give it 0 rate if they allow.

Cons

Excessive Working Hours: Be prepared to work super extra hours every day from 9am-11:30pm. After 9pm you can claim grab also many questions will be asked. So most of us leave at 11:30pm to catch the last train back home. Management assigns more work than can realistically be completed in the given time. 1 WEEK 1 CASE?????? Lack of Support from Management: The management does not care if you have enough time to complete your tasks. Every week, you are assigned a new case regardless of your current workload. Unhealthy Work Culture: If you leave the office at 6 or 7 PM, expect calls and scolding from managers. They will also gossip about you to other management, labeling you as irresponsible. Cultural Expectations: The majority of the workforce is Malaysian Chinese and we must stay in SG as per contract, and there is an expectation to prioritize work over personal life, often to the extent of sleeping at 3 or 4am to complete tasks. Unresponsive HR: HR does not respond when employees text to notify them about taking medical leave. Boss’s pet !!!! During important meetings or personal meeting when the boss is talking she will just smirk and sit down not even try to help us or motivate us or try to understand our point of view. Always hanging around with another male Partner laughing and joking and sitting at his room. Unfair Bond System: There's a 2-year bond from the day you sign the contract, even during probation. If you wish to resign, you need to pay 2 months' salary and serve a notice period. Upon confirmation, you receive a laptop but are then subjected to another 3-year bond. If you leave, you must pay the laptop's depreciation, which can total up to 9k with the 2 months' notice. Exploitative Practices: The company exploits young Malaysians desperate for jobs, trapping them with unfair bonds and financial penalties. Toxic Senior Staff: Some senior staff, on the verge of leaving, write negative reviews about other AA and auditors in the PIP program. They often do not even bother to check the names of their LOE directors but continue to act superior and talk excessively and drag big cases to a few months then throw to other Senior and AA cause the individual is close to manager so will be pulled out last minute from the case.
