      As a back office employee you are looked down upon. Not considered a valuable an employee as other departments. Management does not stick up for you.

      This company has a lot of integrity. Solid leadership. Genuinely great coworkers. Amazing benefits - (considerably better than Microsoft, and *they* have great bennies). Free Starbucks and lunch on Fridays. Relaxed atmosphere. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Possibly not much room for advancement, depending on the position.
