Top management appears uncertain about their direction. There are frequent organizational changes, with department heads being reassigned to areas outside their expertise. Workplace gossip is rampant, and success in the company is often tied to office politics rather than performance. Management tends to favor those skilled in politics over high-performing employees. The entire HR Department is ineffective, primarily serving to instigate and promote gossip, The recently appointed “HR Head” appears to lack both knowledge and common sense. She is extremely rude and behaves as if she owns the company. She was only appointed because she excels at workplace politics and tearing others down. It makes you wonder how someone like her could become the head of the Human Resources department when she doesn’t even understand the basic functions of HR.
