This company is extremely toxic and micromanaged to an exhausting degree. They track your every move, down to the minute, and penalize you for the smallest infractions—being one minute late from a break results in a point against you. Even if you're a top performer, they will scrutinize every call until they find a mistake to hold against you. The pay structure is misleading. They claim you can earn extra money through leads, but at the end of the week, they disqualify most of them with no valid explanation. If you make one small mistake on a call, they fail you for the entire day, stripping away any extra earnings you thought you had made. To make matters worse, the owner is obsessed with herself and forces the entire company to sit through weekly meetings where she repeats the same stories. The "reward" for top performance? An extended lunch with her, where she tells those same stories again. This job is not worth the stress, the low pay, or the constant belittling. Don’t walk—RUN away from this place!
