The pay is not nearly close to market value and they’ll only give you a 2% increase
Incentives are always changed around for you to get nothing
There is no work life balance, they have increased the demand of work and there is no overtime, they’ll blame it on your time management skills but the work load is too much. You’ll lose sleep over it trust me.
Management has no accountability and will blame you for everything you do, they don’t appreciate you for all the work you do.
One manager has no experience on the role and she’ll gaslight you and bully you. No accountability when she makes mistakes and blames you for that too.
The salary is capped at R15K for employees so no matter how much you want to stay there, DON’T.
