      Pros

      I can't think of one thing this Company does that would be a pro.

      Cons

      Unprofessional, Dishonset , Unskilled workforce, Disrespectful, Always pass the buck not one single person I met was a stand up person always looking to blame someone for something to keep eyes off them,very scared people, kind of sad.

      Pros

      401k match is usually very strong, but it can fluctuate with company performance. Recent years have been full match at 8-13%. The beach house benefit is nice, but it's usually only available during the off-season. They push safety very hard for techs and engineers, which is wonderful.

      Cons

      The per-diem for traveling techs and engineers is ridiculously low. Vertical movement of office staff is very difficult due to the company being very small, which is understandable but frustrating.
