Pros
They will hire anybody, as long as the applicant is willing to work for near minimum wage & be treated poorly. If you need to pad your resume- this is the place for you!
Cons
Ownership is both scary & incompetent. Work environment is that of a war zone. Employees are encouraged to rat each other out & tell owners who they think is weak. It's like being on the television show Survivor- only dirtier... and I was the General Manager! Absolutely ruthless! Ownership lacks any form of business education & frequently forwards spam emails which pollute servers with viruses.
