Pros

Friendly colleagues, good package, exposure, cab facility.

Cons

They put you in CAP if you are going to leave, not all the process but the one I worked was literally bad. Can’t manage with their rotational shifts and week end workings. After all these if u want to leave then you will end up facing all the performance issues that time. Suddenly from nowhere they will fire some amount of employees with no information prior, again they will rehire them when there is a need. I don’t understand their ethics.

Corporate office expects the warehouse staff to meet demands that are unattainable especially with the number of staffs in each production team. Some employees work in multiple lines to meet said demands and are reprimanded if they don’t meet their quota
