Outdated, some inefficient processes in their workflow Received my pay rather late, and HR kept making excuses

The place is very far from the MRT stations and the bus stop, no shuttle buses. Worst, during Thursday and Friday the buses were all cramped with Army Boys & others which it wouldn't even stop. We need to wait for, the luckiest wait is around 30min.... I've waited for at least an hour and a half! just for a bus.... I don't intend this to be a racist comment but the workers there were full of foreigners than local and old people. Lack of communication skills and production teams which always causes misunderstands and delays. Coworkers does not willing to help each other.. Salary wise, very low. Location site, quite rundown and creepy. If you had to stay overtime and goes back very late at night, which they DONT PAY, there's no light!!! It is pitch black. You will need to have a torchlight with you or you wont be out alive. lol. The Human Resource group were not fair. They should be the centre person yet she only took only the other side.
