No clear direction for the company. Very volatile atmosphere with disjointed focus. Online reputation is very bad making it hard to sell. Almost seems like a scam to most clients I talked to. Commission only, so you do have to be shady with your sales techniques and leave out a lot of information when selling clients. Tons of turnover due to the abundance of refunds from clients. Fulfillment is lacking. Veteran Directors will prey on the new people and steal leads.
