      Pros

      Most journeymen are great and will teach and respect you so long as you prove to them you care about your job.

      Cons

      More and more safety regulations are being introduced on site and Priority Mechanical provides you with bare minimum resources to complete the job. Heavy reliance on your coworkers and their tools, safety gear. Ordering material should not involve jumping through hoops. Not to mention you will get stuck on one scope of work for your entire apprenticeship.

      Decent coworkers, christmas parties USED to be good.

      Cons

      Same shtuff different pile. Old boys club. "Been doing it for 30 years this way, aint changing now" type of mindset.

      Pros

      There were non. They don’t give a crap about their employees. Theres one employee whose worked there for 17 years and hasn’t seen a raise in 14 years.

      Cons

      Lack of communication, employees are just numbers to them! Lack of training as well this company only sets up employees for failure. A couple of bullies as well in the office.
