The people you work with day to day are pretty collaborative and aligned. People get excited about new ideas and encourage development. The benefits can be pretty good depending on the plan.

Cons

The constant swing from this to that without a clearly thought out vision leaves teams with large workloads that are ever changing and is burning people out. Approval for anything is bottlenecked and slow. They track your productivity via a tool on your computer vs. doing true performance management. Company culture has tanked over the years with little to no company/team events allowed.
