      Learned what red flags to avoid in future employers. Strengthened patience and tolerance levels.

      Cons

      1. Completely incompetent and disconnected leadership. 2. No structure, no strategy, constant chaos. 3. Zero accountability for management mistakes. 4. Unrealistic expectations with no support or resources. 5. Toxic work culture driven by favoritism and politics. 6. Work-life balance does not exist. 7. Employee concerns ignored or dismissed. 8. High stress, low appreciation, and no real growth. 9. Promises made during hiring were not honored.

      Ambitious Work in a Specialized field

      Company with Purpose and Innovation

      I have been in the market for nearly 5 years, working across organizations like Tata and Sun Pharma in the areas of project management and strategy. With over a year at Privasapien, I can confidently say it has been a very enriching learning experience post my MBA. I have gained valuable exposure across multiple dimensions — from management and startup work culture to deep tech understanding. During times of personal emergencies, the CEO and leadership team have been highly supportive, and the same level of care is reflected in the Research and Engineering teams. Both departments consist of strong individual contributors who deeply value the company’s purpose and culture. I have personally experienced their commitment during tight deadlines, consistently delivering with excellence. The same positive spirit is evident in the Sales & Marketing team as well as the Customer Success team. The HR team has also been very employee-friendly, proactively addressing requirements and resolving issues in a timely manner.

      Since it's a startup atmosphere, sometimes requirements are bit chaotic but as time moves...teams are conditioning to changing dynamics
