Pros
Technically competent and experienced professionals. Work for clients was of high quality. I highly recommend the company to investors.
Cons
Employees have no stake, say, or input in anything. There is little to no transparency. Ben Kille is a very good advisor for clients, but he's a ruthless, dispassionate, and amoral leader of the people he employs. He only cares for employees and clients to the degree in which they can further his business interests.

I worked at PCG for 13 years selling our Wealth Management Services & Technology and successfully brought many new clients to their customer base...many being close personal friends. I have also been a client for 14 years.
Cons
PCG is growing pragmatically with the addition of experienced Wealth Advisors (CFP’s) and experienced, professional Customer Service Representatives to accommodate their growing clientele.
