Pros

Free lunch on Fridays and getting to work from home

Cons

Not sure this section would be able to fit the long laundry list of cons to go alongside PCR. Let’s start from the top. The CEO continues to try and bury negative reviews with unimpressive half thought out fake positive reviews. The only thing transparent is the sad attempt to bump his embarrassing reputation up a couple stars. Unless you are searching for basic pay, coupled with being blamed for all of senior management’s mistakes then don’t bother.

Pros

Like others have said, lunch on Fridays was a plus. -Many well meaning employees

Cons

God this place seriously made me suicidal and I don't say that lightly. Volume is never ending, it NEVER gets better or easier, you will ALWAYS be playing catch up, with constant ridiculous expectations and deadlines. Training is abysmal, you will be chastised and lectured to, brought aside for tiny mistakes you were never even trained on properly. Employees literally worked late EVERY single day, you were looked at sideways and talked behind your back if you didn't because the volume is so insanely high and they aren't profitable enough to cut into their bottom line to hire the much needed help. The entire business revolves around tedious grunt work, the technology just isn't there to get around this fact. Management style is complete and utter brute force, it's almost comical how rude and nasty certain managers are. There is almost zero empathy for what employees have to go through and what they sacrifice so some billionaire can count how many M's their 15 hedge funds stacked for them that month.

AWFUL place to work

Pros

The only pro was the amount of PTO you get and the fact you work at home

Cons

Where to begin? First, these pleasant reviews are absolutely fake. During my time here there was nothing but false promises, saying they’re going to hire more people for the ever growing workload and they never did. I’m a hard worker, always have been. But being vastly underpaid and PCR wanting employees to work late daily to get things done- CRAZY. There is tons of micromanaging, people are not properly trained, quantity is prioritized over quality. This was the most toxic work environment I have ever set foot in. If you asked for help with a project, no one was helping you because they’re all too busy, and then your yelled at because it’s not done and 10+ days late, even thought you asked more than once for help. No room to grow either. I brought these concerns up to management more than once & they did nothing about it.
