Poor Diversity Equity and Inclusion. If you are African American RUN! Small company with desperate need for structure Management will have poor attitude
Pay, remote flexibility, the reward of helping clients with complex health conditions
Cons
Constant resctructuring/rebranding, people being "promoted" multiple times per year, better care given to clients who paid more (that just felt wrong to me), patient information not very secure.
Leadership is too hands off. No real direction or area for growth and learning development. You’re basically thrown in the deep end and if you don’t perform like they want you are axed.
