Cons
A lot of my issues with this company stem from me getting let go by the company unexpectedly. The owner preaches family and that everyone is in the struggle together, but I had no notice that my job was in danger until I lost it. To go hand in hand with that, I had little one on one contact with my bosses. It was hard to gauge how I was performing or how to improve. We did have weekly meetings with other managers from other stores that the owner had, but other than that I had little contact with them.
