Pros
Very connected small company. Owner himself talks to you regularly. Ops Mgr is very top notch leader and team player & supporter. Open to any new ideas to improve operations efficiency or safety. Very fair pay for work. I operated a new piece of equipment and MaintMgr was terrific as we worked out the bugs and nuances. He quickly trusted my experience and even came to work sites to help deduce problematic issues.
Cons
I don't see it as a "con"...... but you have to possess a self-motivation and dedication, and teamwork attitude.. They all try to not micromanage and let you "own it" your way. But if you want to be told what to do go elsewhere.
