If you don't want knowledge and growth just want money then you can join.

Cons

1. Worst HR policies 2. Micro-Management 3. No one cares about your talent 4 Sr. team members and Managers try to make fool the CEO by showing wrong data. 5. No one has good knowledge about technical stuff. 6. HR team is the worst 7. CEO gives fake promises 8. They do not know that word called "PROCESSES" exist everything run in PROT like old goverment office.

Salary was not on time (no fix date). No PF options ( kind of shady thing) No Job Security Management issues. TOO MUCH OF WORK
