      Small Company with Big Potential

      Pros

      Work from Home (Certain areas), Performance-based bonuses and raises, independent work, excellent pay

      Cons

      Growing pains, some disorganization (using lots of different programs, spreadsheets, etc. which can get difficult to manage, but they're working on centralizing everything)

      Pros

      Flexible and you can work from home or flex your hours.

      Cons

      They hate spending money to obtain documents. The health insurance is awful, but it is "free" for an individual. Unclear guidelines and expectations. You have to use your personal phone to make any work related calls.
