      Pros

      Families and children are a joy to work with.

      Cons

      Policies and procedures change based on the owners mood. Little regard to providing best ethical practices for clients. Owner frequently talks about staff in a negative manner when they are not present. Poor pay, minimal work/life balance.

      Coworkers are kind and really cared about the clients

      Owner regularly did not pay employees at all levels for work completed, and we often would have to wait for up to a week before the pay would actually come through
