Probst is owned by Quanta Services, which is a large public company based in Texas. Quanta operates its subsidiaries in a decentralized way. This model allows Probst to maintain its awesome culture, while having the resources of a massive company. The culture here is awesome, and we have smart, humble, and kind leaders who care about their people. Another benefit to being with Probst is the industry is rapidly expanding and very stable. This growth is providing all of us with a lot of career growth opportunities.
Cons
I would say the hardest part of my job is the commute. Probst is headquartered in Heber, so my drive from Utah County can take a while, but at the same time it is a pretty commute.
