Pros

Procentive has a positive work environment. Employees respect one another, and work hard, but also play well together! The work environment is professional, yet fun. Great work/life balance. The owners /leaders truly care for the employees. VERY generous contribution to medical premiums. Much room for growth, and leadership encourage employees to find their best fit within the company. Beautiful office space with full kitchen, patio, and grill for employee use. Monthly birthday cake from local bakery. Plenty of coffee choices!

Pros

Coworkers are still great. Have ability to work remote during pandemic. Flexible hours.

Cons

Environment is now corporate and stiff and all they care about now is more and more money. Corporate dictates what is done and when its done and how its done and their decisions are based on the most money they can make. Benefits are no longer good. Stress is through the roof and cant seem to hire enough people. They promote you then make you so miserable you dont want to be there anymore.

The company atmosphere is accommodating, supportive and collaborative. They believe in finding a job placement best with your strengths and can promote from within. They genuinely enjoy celebrating personal and professional accomplishments of their employees. The company philosophy they demonstrate daily by meeting together to trouble shoot software issues. They set goals in small groups and help each other achieve them. The EOS model they implement has been inspiring to see first hand in the first few weeks of employment.
