Dress code is relaxed. No other pros.

Cons

Management is childish and does not take responsibility for anything. Male dominate atmosphere- which tends to be a very hostile environment at times. It's like working in a Frat House. There is no respect and honesty to employees. The company has no moral code and will do anything for business even if it means a negative impact to customers. The sales department is only cold calling for business. High turnover in sales department.

Idea of IT global services supplier was good. Culture is one of personal greed and Sales are allowed to do anything in achieving margin - rip off customers, suppliers, tax man, even their colleagues.

Cons

Management incompetent to run a whelk stall. Total failure to have a plan, incapable of implementing it. If you aren't sales you are nothing at Procurri. PROCURRI CORPORATION spells COR PRIOR CORRUPTION A. The A is what everybody says when they realise the mistake of having anything to do with Procurri.

Fun colleagues for the most part, small enough to get to know everyone. Environment is somewhat lax yet loud and up tempo.

Cons

Low salaries for young people using "startup" as excuse. Upper management has tendencies to be immature. Male driven culture with little to no advancement opportunities. Salespeople consistently surprised with lower commission checks than expected.
