      Pros

      Gives 3 shift of 12 hours in a week.

      Cons

      Cancel all 3 shifts just before each shift trimming. Makes us wait for another month for this cycle to repeat again.

      Good management of employees, and on time payments. Excellent behavior towards staffs

      Cons

      No cons, but they will initially cancel shifts, but later if you are a good worker they will give you shifts.

      Reasonable pay rate (according to minimum wages). Freedom of work-life balance, especially for foreign students. Have multiple work locations under their coverage, so have ample employment opportunities.

      Cons

      Communication can be further improved especially in terms of termination of shifts from the management side.
