This is a highly discriminatory company, the work volume is assigned depending on the nationality. Only some people grow and only some people have a normal work volume depending on aspects not related to work , maybe nationality, friendship or other... The company does not appreciate the work, the extra mile . Very bad management, zero interest regarding the employee, how to keep him, no salary increase even if you have a good performance. Insane work volume but they do not hire extra people because they consider it is not necessary. Very small salary.

Thank you for your feedback. Since 2021 a new Performance system is in place with People Review, Meaningful conversations between individuals and managers and transparent salary increase system. We constantly look into improving our employee experience and have also created in 2022 our PLG Academy to increase knowledge sharing and learning experience.
